Digital Campaign

Client: ddc Group

I led the creative direction and design for ddc’s Summer Sale campaign, a multi-platform digital initiative designed to elevate a promotional moment through restraint, clarity, and strong brand presence. The campaign reframed a traditional sale into a design-forward statement, aligning commerce with ddc’s modern, editorial sensibility.

The creative approach prioritized minimalism and confidence, allowing the furniture to remain the focal point while using typography as a compositional element rather than an overlay. Type was intentionally integrated within the imagery, appearing embedded within the space and subtly tucked behind the furniture to create depth, hierarchy, and visual tension.

Campaign System

The visual system was built to scale across formats while maintaining consistency and impact. Clean layouts, bold type, and intentional pacing ensured the campaign felt cohesive across landscape and vertical video executions without sacrificing clarity or presence.

Digital Video

Landscape video assets were developed for Facebook and LinkedIn, while a vertical version was designed specifically for Instagram. Rather than relying on overt promotional language, the Instagram execution introduced an identity-driven narrative, opening with “This sale is for you if you are” and punctuating the film with a sequence of defining attributes

This approach positioned the sale as an extension of personal values and taste, reinforcing ddc’s connection to a design-conscious audience.

Outcome

The Summer Sale campaign delivered a bold yet restrained visual presence across platforms, successfully maintaining brand integrity while driving engagement. The work demonstrated how promotional content can remain elevated, editorial, and aligned with a luxury design brand.
